Tiers are cumulative and permanent. Once you reach a tier you keep it and everything in it, including the invoice discount, for as long as you're a client.
A referral counts once it becomes a client. An introduction that doesn't convert doesn't count, and we won't chase your contacts on your behalf.
Free campaigns cover our build and management fee, not your media spend. The ad budget still goes to Google or Meta, and it's still yours.
Nothing here changes the reporting. Partner status doesn't soften a bad month. Cost per booked consultation is reported the same way at every tier.
